I run across rental and income properties from time to time and I would love to share some info. on these to any takers.
I have one here for instance that is 2 rental homes on 4 city lots. One is currently rented for 300.00 a mo. and the other will rent for 400.00 a mo. once the remodel is done on it. The asking price is 42,800.00
If anyone can help I would be greatful!

Tue, January 20, 2004 - 2:46 PMI have 20 investors ready to invest and I am one as well. If you will do me a favore and check if they have any notes or trustdeeds or mortagegs on any of them if they do I will buy them and you will generate income for those properties.

Either send me an email (bakerltd@ix.netcom.com) with further details or post some things here. On the surface the deal sounds like it is worth knowing more.
Two things...
What is your role in this deal? Are you looking for a joint venture partner or are you an agent?
Would these be a buy and hold investment or something that would be flipped (based on your prespective)?

I have a call in to some people on the notes.
My role here is I'm a starving agent representing the seller. I have several listings that are holds and others that can be flipped. Let me know what you my be interested in and I will send you what ever info. you would need.
I am located in Noel, Mo. 30 min. from "Wal-Mart's" H.Q. in Bentonville Ar. We also have "J.B. Hunt Trucking's" H.Q. approx. 40 min. away and "Tyson Foods" has an opperation here in town. Rental property is scarce and we have inquires here at the office everday, as we are a bedroom community for these large corps.in N.W. Arkansas due to the sky-rocketing prices there just across the state line and Missouri's cheaper taxes and over all cost of living. There are rumors flying every where that "Wal-Mart" is moving some operations north across the line here into McDonald county so we have already seen a price increase in the local market.
