Hello all, I am a CPA with a firm that specializes in the real estate industry. We help structure transactions, work with real estate families at succession planning as well as financial and estate planning. we also perform cost segregation studies.

      If its residential multi family rental property valued over 750.000 if probably makes sense to do a study
