An Introduction

Hello,

I am Transaction Coordinator and I need one or two more California Agents to round out my desk. I would love to sign on a couple of Agents from out of the Sacramento Area. I am finding that most Agents have never heard of a TC and are very excited when they find an easy why to sign on more clients without having to do all the 'dirty work'.

What the heck is a Transaction Coordinator you ask?? A TC handles the paperwork while the Agent takes care of their client. I chase the signatures and double-check the documents so you have more time to spend on your clients needs. I make sure all of the disclosures are signed, initialed, filled out, acknowledged and the file is completed within the time limits. I can open escrow, order inspections and present a complete broker-package at end of escrow. I am the person who gets the phone calls from Sellers, Buyers, the other Agent, Escrow, Lenders, Inspecters, etc, etc... I have an on-line system where all parties involved in the transaction can view all completed documents, send messages and track the transaction from start to Close. Basically I do all the "other stuff" that needs done so you can take on more clients. I am your Right-hand Man. I have a toll free number for the use of those outside of my area. All documents are handled by fax, courier and postal mail so distance is no problem.

I can also handle transactions for Investors and For Sale By Owner.
