Real Estate/Probate Attorney

Does anyone know a good Attorney for this in the LA area? I have a very sticky case with my Aunt who passed away in December and the Probate Hearing is next month. I'm in the dark about alot of whats happening and she has a Husband who she has be separated from for over 20 years reappering trying to grab all the money he can. I'd be thankful for any help.

Reverse Mortgage Information

Hello,

A reverse mortgage is a HUD government loan to people 62 & over who want to stay in their house and not make any payments on the loan. Any homeowner 62 and over qualifies. The loan is repaid by the kids when their parents pass away. The seniors can never be forced to move, as they still own the house. Everyone gets the same interest rate (based on the Treasury Bill). Interest starts to accrue when the money is used. It is a great way for seniors to stay in their home and have access to the equity in their house. There is plenty of inheritance to leave to the kids. All the rates and guidelines are government regulated. The loan origination fees are also regulated by HUD and the same for everyone. I'm a Reverse Mortgage Advisor for the Bay, San Jose, Sacramento, and other area's. Contact me if you care to know more or have someone who needs a reverse mortgage. Hello,

I am Transaction Coordinator and I need one or two more California Agents to round out my desk. I would love to sign on a couple of Agents from out of the Sacramento Area. I am finding that most Agents have never heard of a TC and are very excited when they find an easy why to sign on more clients without having to do all the 'dirty work'.

What the heck is a Transaction Coordinator you ask?? A TC handles the paperwork while the Agent takes care of their client. I chase the signatures and double-check the documents so you have more time to spend on your clients needs. I make sure all of the disclosures are signed, initialed, filled out, acknowledged and the file is completed within the time limits. I can open escrow, order inspections and present a complete broker-package at end of escrow. I am the person who gets the phone calls from Sellers, Buyers, the other Agent, Escrow, Lenders, Inspecters, etc, etc... I have an on-line system where all parties involved in the transaction can view all completed documents, send messages and track the transaction from start to Close. Basically I do all the "other stuff" that needs done so you can take on more clients. I am your Right-hand Man. I have a toll free number for the use of those outside of my area. All documents are handled by fax, courier and postal mail so distance is no problem.

I can also handle transactions for Investors and For Sale By Owner.

I need investors

I run across rental and income properties from time to time and I would love to share some info. on these to any takers.
I have one here for instance that is 2 rental homes on 4 city lots. One is currently rented for 300.00 a mo. and the other will rent for 400.00 a mo. once the remodel is done on it. The asking price is 42,800.00
